APRN or RN: RN only state
Experience Required: 2+ years CRNA experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS
Compact State: PA; Active License strongly preferred
Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license
